Withdrawal instructions<\/h1>\n\n

Right of withdrawal for consumers<\/h2>\n\n

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal act for purposes that cannot be attributed mainly to his or her independent commercial or professional activity.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without having to justify your decision. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. <\/p>\n\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (FILONATURA SRL, Valea T\u00e2rnei 110, \u015einteu, 417553 VALEA T\u00c2RNEI, Telephone: +40 774 403 223, E-mail: office@liskapark.ro) by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. <\/p>\n\n

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.<\/p>\n\n

Consequences of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement. <\/p>\n\n

If you have requested the start of the service provision during the withdrawal period, then you must pay us an amount proportional to the services already provided up to the time you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in relation to the total services provided for in the contract.<\/p>\n\n
