We host the content of the site with the following provider:

External hosting

This website is hosted externally. The personal data collected on the website is stored on the servers of the hosting provider(s) (IP, contact requests, metadata, contractual data, access data, etc.). External hosting is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with current or potential customers (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR) and for the provision of a fast and secure online service by a professional provider (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). If you give your consent to cookies or recognition technologies, the processing is based exclusively on Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and § 25 (1) of the TDDDG, and the consent can be withdrawn at any time. The provider will only process the data to the extent necessary to fulfill the contractual obligations and in accordance with our instructions.

We have concluded a data processing contract in accordance with the GDPR, which guarantees that the provider processes the data of site visitors only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable law.

Cloudflare

We use the service "Cloudflare" provided by Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare acts as a global CDN and traffic filter, analyzing the data flow between your browser and the website. Cookies or recognition technologies may be used, but only for the purposes described. The use of Cloudflare is based on the legitimate interest in the secure and efficient delivery of the website (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). Data transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Google Cloud CDN

We use the Google Cloud CDN network, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The CDN improves the overall accessibility of the website. The use is based on legitimate interest according to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The transfer of data to the USA is covered by standard contractual clauses. Google is integrated into the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
