SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY (RETURN POLICY)
Chapter I – Definition of Terms

Chapter II – Distance Contract and Right of Withdrawal
By purchasing tickets or services sold by the Company through the Website, a Distance Contract is concluded between You and the Company. The content of this contract is governed by the Terms and Conditions mentioned above, applicable legislation, GDPR Policies, and this Return Policy.
According to Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the Distance Contract within 14 calendar days, without justifying your decision and without additional costs, except those specified by law.
Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
- The 14-day period starts from the day you or a person designated by you takes physical possession of the purchased tickets or services.
- If you have purchased multiple tickets or services delivered separately, the period begins from the day you take possession of the last ticket or service.
Return Procedure
- To cancel the service and request a return, you must complete the return form available on the Website or attached to this policy and send it before the expiration of the 14 days to the email address: office@liskapark.ro
- After confirming the request, any paid amounts will be refunded according to the conditions stipulated below.
- For tickets or services purchased online, there is no physical delivery, so the return consists of service cancellation.
Chapter III – Payment Refund
- The Company will refund all amounts paid within 14 days from the date of communication of the withdrawal decision, subject to compliance with the conditions of this policy.
- Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account indicated in the return form. If you don’t have a bank account, please contact us to establish an alternative method.
Chapter IV – Photos and Images
During events organized at Liska Park, photographs may be taken for promotional purposes. If you object to your presence in photographs, please contact us according to the “Right to Object” section in the Privacy Policy.
Chapter V – Exceptions to the Right of Return
According to law and our policies, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services already performed or partially performed after your express consent, for example if you have attended the event for which you purchased a ticket.
